The class GPA was 3.09. This may be the highest GPA ever for an MAP 2302 section of mine. I checked back as far as Fall 2002 (10 sections, excluding yours), and in that period, my MAP 2302 GPAs ranged from 1.93 to 2.62. The greatest number of A's I gave in any of those sections was 5, and there were times I gave only one A. So, while I'm sure not everyone in your class will be pleased with his/her grade, as a whole the class did very well.
If you have a question about your grade or would like to look at your graded exam, DO NOT EMAIL ME THE QUESTION; please see me in my office or phone me after the start of Summer A. For this purpose I'll have office hours Monday 5/11/09 2:13-3:45. After that I'll have no regular office hours until the fall semester. I will not send or discuss grades by email, and will delete, without responding, any email requesting a response related to grades or exam-scores.
