The cutoffs given below are the bottom for the "flat" grade, not for the minus grade. The A- cutoff is 1/3 of the way down from the A cutoff to the B cutoff; the B+ cutoff is 1/3 of the way up from the B cutoff to the A cutoff. The other plus and minus grades work similarly, except that I do not give D-'s (anything lower than the D cutoff is an E).

The class GPA was 2.46. For purposes of comparison, the GPA for the last MAC 2313 section I taught (Fall 2000) was 2.65, but that GPA was somewhat inflated by the non-existence of minus-grades at UF back then. The calculus class that I taught last spring was an Honors Calculus III (MAC 3474) section, so it is not surprising that its GPA higher, 3.04.
