About this course

This course is the third semester of the three-semester calculus sequence. Topics to be covered are listed in the syllabus .

Prerequisite for this course

Calculus 1 and 2 at the level of MAC 2311-2312 or higher. You will need a good working knowledge of precalculus, Calculus 1, and Calculus 2, not merely to have taken them at some time in the past. You will be expected usually to obtain correct answers to multi-step calculations, in real time, without the aid of calculators. You will also be expected not to make errors that indicate lack of understanding of algebra.
